Pennsylvania’s Juvenile Sex Offender Registry Is Unconstitutional, State Supreme Court Rules

NCCD senior program specialist and Stoneleigh Fellow Nicole Pittman was interviewed by Bloomberg Businessweek on this week’s Pennsylvania State Supreme Court decision on the constitutionality of the juvenile sex offender registry. Nicole’s 2013 Human Rights Watch report, Raised on the Registry, was a key part of the Court’s decision.
