NCCD Children’s Research Center’s Sue Lohrbach to Advise American Humane Association

Sue Lohrbach, a senior program specialist at the National Council on Crime and Delinquency’s Children’s Research Center and an international expert on child welfare system and practice innovations, has been appointed as a senior fellow at American Humane Association. This appointment will occur alongside Lohrbach’s full-time position at CRC.

Sue Lohrbach, a senior program specialist at the National Council on Crime and Delinquency’s Children’s Research Center and an international expert on child welfare system and practice innovations, has been appointed as a senior fellow at American Humane Association. This appointment will occur alongside Lohrbach’s full-time position at CRC. Sue will advise on American Humane’s new survey project, “The State of America’s Children.”

Sue joined CRC in 2012 as a senior program specialist. She has a combined 30 years of experience working and supervising practice in public child protective services and child, adolescent, and adult mental health. The focus of Sue’s work at CRC continues the development and integration of Structured Decision Making® (SDM) systems within the larger clinical context and process of evidence-based practice.
