Milwaukee’s Community Advocates Public Policy Institute is one of three programs chosen by NCCD to receive technical assistance for assessing the feasibility of a Pay for Success (PFS) financing model as part of a Social Innovation Fund grant. NCCD will provide technical assistance to Community Advocates’ new project, Milwaukee One Summer Plus, a program aiming to reduce violent crime among teens.
