How Overturning Roe vs Wade May Impact the Foster Care System

Andre Chapman, CEO of Unity Care, recently voiced his concerns about Roe vs Wade being overturned and how it would disproportionately affect children of color. Chapman foresees more children of color being placed in the foster care system—which is already in need of reform—if young people living in poverty lack access to abortion.
