Texas Child Welfare Group Introduces “National Ally and Partner”

Erin Espinosa, PhD, was recently introduced as a “national ally and partner” on the Texas Alliance of Child and Family Services (TACFS) website. Espinosa has spent her career in Texas, conducting research regarding the child welfare and juvenile justice systems.
