Dallas County Juvenile Justice: Crafting a New Approach

Leaders in Texas are continuing their discussions about how to improve Dallas County juvenile justice system responses to youth in the community. A recent report by Evident Change provided evidence these leaders are considering as they move forward with their plans. Reporter Robbie Owens of CBS News Texas spoke with Dallas County Commissioner John Wiley Price about how county leadership is using the report’s findings as they move toward solutions for the Dallas County juvenile justice system.
