Community Advocates Will Participate In National Pay For Success Feasibility Study

The Community Advocates Public Policy Institute in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, announces its selection by NCCD to receive technical assistance for a feasibility assessment of the Pay for Success (PFS) funding model. The Institute’s One Summer Plus program will work to address the extreme racial disparities within Milwaukee’s criminal justice and child welfare systems by offering employment, social and emotional skills development, and mentoring to youth.
