This New York Times talks to participants of a two-day restorative justice gathering at the Boston Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Norfolk, which brought 150 inmates together with victims, judges, prosecutors, and mediators. In September, Massachusetts will pilot a curriculum on restorative justice, modeled on a program operating out of San Quentin State Prison.
