The Society for the Study of Social Problems (SSSP) will bring together its membership for dialogue on sociological research and teaching on significant problems of social life at its 69th annual meeting in August. Elizabeth Harris, PhD, a sociologist and senior researcher at NCCD, and Miguel Becerra, also a researcher at NCCD, will present a paper titled “Setting the Stage for Family Reunification” as part of the meeting’s Social Welfare and Family session.
