Our second event – “Connecting Ideas to Leaders: Making Your Social Justice Issue THEIR Social Justice Issue” – addressed how to effectively make your organization’s issues stand out to leaders in the field. How do you create sustainable connections with key decision makers throughout different campaigns? Our presenters talked about the strategies they have learned in their work, offered case studies of both successful and flawed coalitions, and addressed the past experiences of audience members.
